First 144 unit are complete and fully leased. Final 24 unit building is under construction with completion expected Q4 2010.

• Stoneybrook Apartments - 192 Apartment Community, Seaford, De. 8 buildings, clubhouse, and pool. Completed all phases from concept to final engineering and recordation. Sitework currently underway. Building construction scheduled to begin Q3 2010.
• Seacoast Center - 18,000 sq ft shopping plaza, Rehoboth Beach, De. Redeveloped existing center. Completed all phases including concept through final engineering. Consist of three 6,000 sq ft buildings. Building #1 complete and occupied. Building #2 completion scheduled for Spring 09'.
• Cottagedale Apartments - 168 Unit Apartment complex located in Lewes, De. Received preliminary approval and currently working on final engineering.
